Since our arrival in Africa, the majority of our ministry has revolved around children. Whether we were in Mozambique or an Iris village in South Africa, kids have always been involved, and they are so cute! As you could probably imagine, lots of pictures simply had to be taken, especially because they love to have their picture taken. I simply must share some of these photos with you...

Mozambique

All the kids at Project Purpose, with the exception of a couple, have
been given to the center because their mothers (prostitutes) are not
able to care for them and to break the chains of
generational/sacrificial prostitution.

Michael's Children's Village is a place for orphans and kids who needed to be removed from a bad situation, so most of the kids here have experienced some
terrible things. Because of this, Iris Ministries (which runs the village) focuses on inner healing and restoration through Jesus Christ. Even though they've only been in operation at this location for about 7 months, they are already starting to see positive changes in some of the kids.

                (The right house in the
background is where we've been staying for the past 2 weeks.)

The team and I will continue staying here for about 1 or 2 more weeks before coming back to the Betor House. Please pray that Jesus would make us more than just attention-givers and playmates to all the kids living next door to us in the village, but that He'd enable us to show them His true, genuine love.

Thank you for all your support and prayers! I hope all of you have a very happy Christmas by celebrating Jesus' birth!
